What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (First name, Last name and Telephone number)

  • Data from device settings that you turn on (access to your GPS Location)

  • When you purchase a tradesafe product we collect your full name, email address, postal address & payment details to process the order.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide our company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or upon download of the Tradesafe-uk app

How will we use your data?

Our company collects your data so that we can:

  • Identify and Store Venue Location, Time and Date of Attendance

  • Store Personal and Location information for Government Track and Trace purposes for COVID-19.

  • Should a positive case of COVID be identified at a venue coinciding with your attendance, your data will be passed to the relevant Government officials which will in turn contact yourself and all other relevant parties.

  • To process a transaction you have placed on the website

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data on a secure cloud server hosted by Amazon web services. Your data will be protected by our data protection policies.

As required by governnent policy, in the instance of a positive case of COVID, your data will be passed to the relevant government officials.

Your data is not shared with, or stored with any other third parties.

Our Company will keep your Personal information for 21 days. Once this time period has expired, we will automatically delete your data.

 

Marketing

Our company will not use your data in any way for Marketing or other sales purposes.
