What is the Government Guidance for the Hospitality Industry?

From July 4th pubs, cafes and restaurants may open with reduced social distancing to 1m Plus other measures. To do so the Government regulations state that operators MUST:

Assist the NHS Test and Trace system by keeping a temporary record of all customers and visitors for 21 days, in a way that is manageable for their business. Plus, manage the entry of customers, and the number of customers at a venue, so that all indoor customers are seated with appropriate distancing or face £1000 fines per breach or closure.
